WorkFocus Australia

Building better lives for Australians through work and health

Josh Piper

Organisational Development Lead

Since joining the team in 2011, Josh has been instrumental towards advocating for his clients to receive the best care. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, Josh was keen to jump in and gain as much experience as possible. He has in-depth knowledge and multiple skills in handling the most complex cases and liaising with multiple stakeholders while comforting and supporting his clients as they go through an unfamiliar process.

As Organisational Development Lead, Josh now holds the pivotal role of leading clients towards injury recovery while helping them cope with injury and work-related stressors and he has also undertaken the responsibility of ensuring all our rehab consultants are trained and supported appropriately. He has developed internal training calendars and eLearning modules, all of which focus on empowering team growth and development to provide great rehab for our clients and customers.

As an avid sport player throughout his youth, Josh has always been interested in how the human body works and discovering how we can best recover from what happens to our body in life. His ability to not only design a rehab program for clients but take the time to get to know their needs and desires, makes Josh an integral asset to the leadership team.
