It’s simply knowing that she’s helping people that truly motivates Lisa. Whether it’s supporting someone to reclaim their life or mentoring her staff to achieve successful outcomes and enjoy their role, she finds her role satisfying.

With an innovative and effective approach, Lisa is responsible for strategic direction and the performance of more than 45 staff. With her constant focus on people’s needs Lisa has built a high performing culture, inspiring and mentoring her staff to continue to grow and develop their own careers.

This sharp focus on building her team and ultimately supporting people who are injured or ill was why she was rewarded with the Australian Rehabilitation Providers Association’s, WA Exceptional Leadership Award in 2017.

Lisa’s ultimate work day is celebrating positive feedback received from a customer with her team. While her ultimate day on her day off is simply drinking champagne at the beach.
